**About Craigie’s**

Craigie’s Farm Deli and Café is located between South Queensferry and Edinburgh and boasts magnificent views over Edinburgh, the Firth of Forth and the Pentlands. The Sinclair family have run a farm shop at West Craigie for the past 20 years. The farm grows a wide range of soft fruit and vegetable crops which are served in the café and sold in the shop ready picked or ‘pick your own’. Craigie's have recently opened a brand new family play barn with timber play, an animal shed and a café.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hard working person who enjoys interacting with others and providing a high quality service. Barista training would be preferred. If you have a great communication skills, enjoy working with a team and have a can-do attitude then this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure 100% customer service and product quality at all times.
- Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasty beverages.
- Be knowledgeable on all products served and be able to inform customers of the ingredients when required.
- Ensure full compliance of all required hygiene and health and safety standards.
- To carry out operating procedures as set by the management team and adhere to the standards and rules as set out in the Craigies Staff Handbook.
- To carry out duties of the department as instructed, e.g. daily, weekly cleaning tasks, temperature records etc.
- Undertake training offered.
- Contributing to a positive work environment.

This is full time position with a great shift pattern, weekend work (min of one day per weekend) is required however there is no evening work. The successful applicant will be working in a busy environment, in both Craigies Café and Little Farmers

The purpose of this role is to provide 100% customer service and serve the highest quality food to all customers and ensure they enjoy and want to repeat the Craigie’s experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
