Client Support Administrator

**Location**: London (60% homebased)

**Overview**:
Working for a national training provider who are market leaders in Accountancy, Finance and Management, you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients, students and colleagues.
**A typical week**:
- Respond to client & student queries
- Booking courses & exams
- End of month & quarterly reporting
- Supporting colleagues (Tutors, Coaches etc)
- Attending external events
**You'll need the following for this role**:
- Administration or office based customer service experience
- Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work at pace & towards deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Education, accountancy or related sector experience (advantageous)
