You should be an administrator with excellent organisation skills with experience of working with corporate clients. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential. There is significant scope for personal growth and development in this small and collaborative team.

**Role summary**

Working closely with the Client Manager to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to the corporate clients that we support. This will involve liaising with the client delivery team, ensuring that resources are allocated to the activities we have agreed to provide, and all interactions with the client are delivered on time and to a high standard. Alongside general administration support.

**Role responsibilities**
- Support the Client Manager with efficient onboarding of new corporate clients.
- Update the corporate client activity calendar and ensure activities are allocated to delivery team.
- Work with marketing to update communications to share with clients.
- Draft updates for corporate clients after each event.
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain action lists.
- Set up sales orders and prepare invoices for corporate clients.
- Management of individual coaching client onboarding.
- Ensuring client information on file is accurate.
- Financial planner diary management for corporate 1-2-1s.
- General administration support across the wider team.

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in a similar client facing operational role.
- A good level of numeracy and IT skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaborative and partnering style, effective in building working relationships with internal team members as well as external parties.
- Must be extremely organised and have keen eye for attention to detail.
