**Supervisor, Client Product Configuration (Remote)**
- Full time, United Kingdom_

A great opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor, Client Product Configuration who can manage Concur incidents and associated configuration changes post implementation.

**As a Supervisor, Client Product Configuration, you will**
- Validate, review and monitor escalation processes from 1. Level
- Solve incidents if possible and communicate the solution to the Site Administrators or the customers
- Complete the incident registration with all the technical information to allow escalation to the supplier
- Modify configurations for Online Booking Tool Concur
- Integration to the BCD profile and content platform
- Test the modifications and document the results before closing or forwarding the incident
- Escalate the case to the vendor or development team
- Manage the team of Product Support Specialist based in the European time zone

**About you**
- Solid experience in Concur Implementation or Support is required
- Professional, concise and mature written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the travel industry on international level
- Strong technical skills in min one of the Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre GDS is required
- Experience in process management (design, document and implement processes)
- Experience in leading a team is desired.
- Good understanding of online meeting technology is plus.
- Good knowledge and some experience in the administration in TSPM and TSH is crucial
- Excellent knowledge about the the main BCD fulfilment setups is preferred
