Role Overview

A brilliant opportunity for a detail orientated, organised, energetic Marketing Executive to join a truly dynamic team who will play a fundamental part in achieving success in the Cash Plan segment of our business. We’re on a transformation journey, improving our Cash Plan products to meet the changing needs of our customers; this is a real opportunity for an ambitious self - starter to help shape the marketing plan for Cash Plan.

What you’ll do:

- Build strong relationships with the Cash Plan product team, Corporate Sales team and business improvement
- Deliver complex product customer communications to support and help shape the transformation of our cash plan products
- Help shape and develop the B2B Cash Plan value proposition, integrating this into everything we do for our customers
- Manage and maintain a variety of Cash Plan marketing assets ensuring they adhere to FCA guidelines, whilst constantly measuring usage and challenging necessity to maintain
- Building strong links with external suppliers and colleagues in other functions, and understanding the relevant business processes, to deliver projects within agreed timescales and budgets
- Maintaining customer focus across all communications activity. Ensuring that all activities meet legal, compliance and brand guidelines

What you’ll bring:

- Passion, drive, energy and a mindset that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do
- A genuine, proactive, demonstrable interest in Marketing with some relevant experience or Marketing / Business qualification
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across the business and present ideas - written and verbal - across a number of different functional areas
- A self-starter, keen to be involved in managing projects and identifying opportunities for both business and individual development
- Numerate and analytical with good understanding of customer touchpoints across different channels
