About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B Lead Generation. You’ll join a rapidly growing and trusted business support services group in the UK. This role is pivotal in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple sectors and the broader UK business market.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll take charge of end-to-end campaign management, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with our high standards and deliver exceptional results. This is your chance to make an immediate impact and thrive in a role where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, implementation, and management of marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns. Your efforts will drive a high volume of qualified leads into the Sales team, targeting both the wider SME marketplace and specific high-growth industries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and the entire management team, playing a key role in a close-knit marketing team of four.
  • Lead Generation: Oversee the completeness and accuracy of new B2B leads, managing brand budgets and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • Creative Development: Innovate and adapt Brand Identity, Voice, and Messaging with external creative teams to resonate with the right audience across various channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance. Produce regular reports to demonstrate campaign progress on key metrics like revenue, pipeline, and ROI.
