We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to lead a team in delivering high quality, person centred, children's residential homes throughout Cumbria and Hexham.
Working for a fantastic organisation with over years of experience in their field. They specialise in residential children's care, providing professional and children-centred services and offer a wide range of high quality, children-centred and outcomes focusedSupport services to support children with Emotional difficulties coming from traumatic backgrounds, CSE and County Lines, Autism, Un-diagnosed ADHD and those with complex needs.
This is a hybrid position with 2 or 3 days in at the Head Office in Cumbria and Hexham, and 2 or 3 days working from home.
As the Care coordinator you will support your team to provide the best professional and person-centred care. Your other duties will include calls on the electronic rota system sand ensure weekly rotas are sent out to staff in a timely manner, follow up theinitial contact between the care worker and service user to evaluate the Care Plans and ongoing needs, to develop and maintain relationships with your service users and care staff team. You will have a clear knowledge and understanding of OFSTED legislation'sand regulations, LAC reviews and record taking.
In return to your hard work you will work Monday - Friday 9-5, receive a salary of between £28,000 - £31,000 and further training and development as well as travel expenses paid between offices.
