111 - Call Advisor

We are looking for contact centre advisors to join the team in Wakefield, offering support on 111 Calls.

There are a variety of shift patterns available including 24 hours per week and 30 hours per week

The role is office based.

The main duties include:

- To ensure every patient contact is conducted appropriately
- To liase between caller and third party in critical situations.
- To deliver high quality, safe and clinically effective health care over the phone.
- You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access appropriate levels of care.

Shift times:
Due to the nature of the role - Weekend working is a certainty and you will be required to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

You will receive a rota with your shift pattern. Shift times vary on a daily basis and will require you to start from anytime from 6am with the latest finish time being 4am.

To be considered for this role:

- Remain calm under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Complete an Enhanced DBS
- 12 weeks training in which you need to pass assessments
