**Responsibilities**:

- Presenting hiring options to management and team members.
- Creating job postings and preparing job descriptions.
- Managing the recruiting budget.

Articulate values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation

Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people

Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community

Direct sourcing for all roles. You will need to utilise a variety of direct sourcing methodologies to find leading talent within the market. This will include headhunting, networking and referrals utilising a variety of tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, existing database, employee referral schemes

**Requirements**:
5+ years withing working within the tech recruiting industry & understand technology well

Good organisational skills and ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking.

Desire to deliver a world class service

Honest, collaborative & strive for self-improvement
- Proven track record of delivering within a Software Development company/consultancy
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to manage expectations and relationships with internal hiring managers and at times external clients. Taking ownership of the recruitment process whilst using the advice of Managers.
- A passion for recruitment and desire to work with leaders within the Information
Technology sector is essential.
- Excellent direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrable experience of finding the highest quality talent within your previous role.
- Experienced in dealing with high-volume recruitment.
- Results driven with determination and tenacity.
- Being highly visible to the business with strong management and communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £43,682.00-£48,389.00 per year
