**Salary**

**Duties**:

- Manage the client journey, ensuring that each step, from the moment of their first contact with the clinic (a treatment or booking enquiry) through to arrival, check-out and follow-up generates a positive feeling. A great client experience is of utmost importance at our clinic.
- Delivering 5-star customer service to our clients at all times.
- Working closely with our Operations Manager & Director to ensure that all systems and processes are working optimally, so that the day-to-day flow of the clinic is as smooth and efficient as possible.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for meetings.
- Assisting the Operations Manager to manage practitioner diaries and staff rotas.
- Carry out relevant Audits and checks as required to meet compliance goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,880.00-£26,100.00 per year
