This is a busy and multi-faceted role responsible with a variety of administration duties and will involve service user contact, so good interpersonal skills are required.

An integral part of this role will be the management of meeting notes. The taking and transcribing of notes. whilst ensuring that other administrative tasks are kept up to date, such as on-going database management using the Trust’s system for updating Personal Information & Dialogue forms. Clinical and nonclinical purchase ordering and Petty Cash. The post holder will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload, using initiative and mature judgement in decision making, whilst ensuring clear communication within the team.
