**Are you an experienced Receptionist seeking a new, rewarding opportunity?**

Ecton Brook Medical Centre continually strives to improve work processes that deliver health care with improved results across all areas of our service provision.

We are now looking for an experienced **Receptionist **to be able to work 16:30 - 18:30 to answer phones and book in appointments.

**Previous experience in a people facing receptionist role is essential.**

*
- Working on phones taking calls from patients looking to book in appointments
- Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and friendly demeanour
- Managing challenging behaviour in a professional manner.

**Your Responsibilities;**
- Maintain and monitor the practice appointment system
- Process personal, telephone, and e-requests for appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls, or dealing with the callers’ requests appropriately
- Manage all queries as necessary in an efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain the reception area

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTHAMPTON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (required)
