Our Head of Information and Business Systems will be pivotal to the next phase of our business and systems journey, focussing on intuitive, online customer engagement, transformation of our business operations and leadership of a team of system specialists, project managers, IT support technicians and best in class support and development partners.

You will evolve our business systems strategy, underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics, and drive its continued development to meet our ambitious business goals.

You will touch every part of our business, every online interaction our employees have in the course of their daily activities; every customer; every partner; and every major decision we take to make our business even more successful.

**Key Responsibilities of the Head of Information and Business Systems**:

- Be the catalyst that continually improves business performance, from marketing and customer engagement, manufacturing and on to the delivery of our products through outstanding customer service.
- Capture, document and maintain the roadmap of business needs, drivers and critical success factors of each business domain, formulating with the leadership team the IS plan to underpin their success.
- Introduce discipline and rigor into the capture of business ambitions, converting them into practical, prioritised project deliverables with verifiable and measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure robust policies and practices are implemented to protect company data, systems and physical equipment and networks.
- Organise and motivate the IS/IT team around business priorities, ensuring an optimum mix of in-house skills and expertise with external service and support partners, exercising exceptional control over costs and the IS/IT value proposition.

**Required Background and Experience**:

- Bring proven experience in business and information systems leadership, where tangible results have been achieved through ownership and management of the complete systems lifecycle.
- Have a deep knowledge of MS Dynamics coupled to practical experience of having deployed both Dynamics Business Central and related Microsoft modules and third-party products across sales, marketing, manufacturing and customer service.
- Have managed and adapted multi-disciplinary IS teams, IT support functions and third parties, in both systems development projects and day to day operational support activities.
- Be comfortable in a leadership role that will challenge the status-quo and where success is founded on teamwork, best practice and an unswerving customer-centric mindset.
- Be equally comfortable adopting a hands-on, pragmatic approach to achieve positive business outcomes, fostering effective working relationships across all areas of the business and its partners, building consensus and influencing a variety of users at every level and every stage of the business journey.
