National Account Security Systems Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Security Systems Sales Manager to join our Fire and Security Careers team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning national accounts across the UK.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive an uncapped OTE of £110k+, with a car allowance of c. £700pm. Additionally, you will have access to strong design support, research assistance, and account management support to help you win customers.
Job DescriptionAs a National Account Security Systems Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with national accounts. This will involve developing relationships with decision-makers, understanding their security needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of selling security systems to end-users (not contractors)
- Experience of working with NACOSS, NSI, SSAIB, or similar companies
- Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and lone worker solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will also need to be able to work remotely and have a strong desire to progress within the company.
