**Quality Assurance Lead**

Our client, a leading employer in their sector, are in search of an experienced **Quality Assurance Lead** to join their highly reputable team in Co. Armagh.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of quality control employees to ensure compliance with company standards
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures to ensure consistent quality throughout the production process
- Ensuring compliance with law, and local regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Conducting internal audits of quality control measures to ensure that they are being followed correctly
- Coordinating staff training on quality control measures and methods of improvement
- Evaluating the quality of products or services provided by the organization to ensure that standards are being met
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels through surveys, focus groups, or other means
- Participating in strategic planning sessions to help improve the quality of products or services provided by the organization

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ proven previous experience of working in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Strong organisational skills to give the team direction

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
