**Quality Assurance**

**Are you a Food Graduate or maybe have gained the relevant experience to take the next step in their food careerI have an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly reputable company in Co. Tyrone.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Quality checks from raw material primal intake to finished product, retail ready packs despatched to the customer
- Collection and submission of end samples as per schedule daily
- Ensure the accurate completion of and storage of all relevant QA paperwork
- Accurate and timely reporting of noncompliance and compliance
- Ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken as required

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant Food Related Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Good level of written and spoken English
