**Quality Assurance Lead**

**The Role**
- Ensuring production and packing staff accurately complete all agreed Quality records
- Conduct hourly checks and sign off on BRC documents in factory.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork has been completed and stored correctly
- Maintaining supplier approval documentation
- Overseeing calibration of key equipment
- Assist the Quality Manager with external audit preparation.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Preparing sample products
- Participate in quality audits with the quality manager
- Reporting on products and any non-conformance issues
- Other adhoc duties

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 1 years experience in a QA role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Confident in working both a lone and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a good attitude towards work
- Food qualification (desirable)
