Ecoegg has partnered with Nickelodeon & Paramount, leveraging the universal appeal of SpongeBob SquarePants to advance a global initiative aimed at reducing ocean plastic. This partnership is sparking a wave of dynamic new product developments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management as required.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Overseeing the process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Overseeing the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analysing financial data.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management on variances and potential risks.

4. Financial Operations:

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

5. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in implementing recommendations from audits to strengthen financial controls and procedures.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Sales, and Operations, to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (Exact knowledge an advantage).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive financial information.
- Experience working in [insert industry or sector] is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
