**The Opportunity**

Do you want to work in a vibrant and rapidly growing business? Are you a passionate Key Account Manager with experience of SAAS solutions, digital workflow, and digital end to end processing solutions?

Due to growth, our client has a new, exciting and permanent opportunity for someone who is looking for not just "a job" but a career as a Key Account Manager. They are an established organisation with a workforce of over 3,000 and offer the tools, independence,and training needed for you to be successful both in your new role and broader career.

**The Role**
- Develop a deep understanding of each client organization, strategy and plans to develop an account plan to deliver retention and growth
- Oversee all aspects of our service including monthly service performance reporting to ensure that the client has a positive experience in line with our contract; manage commercial issues arising as needed
- Proactively manage contract renewals by preparing contract renewal plans at least 6 months in advance of contract expiry
- Retain existing contracts and win new business within the clients to deliver year-on-year account revenue growth over agreed targets
- Ensure the client’s positive experience is reflected in high satisfaction and loyalty ratings

**The Person**
- Key Account Management experience
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent skills in the company CRM system (Maximiser), and compliance with all maximiser usage policies
- Demonstrable large account management experience; delivery of sales growth
- Ability to work with other departments to ensure work sold is profitable
- Good commercial understanding, negotiation skills, experience of participation in public sector tender processes
