**Key Account Manager/ SAAS Solutions/ Digital Workflow and End to End Processing/ Healthcare Sector / Remote Position/ Excellent Basic + Bonus/ Car Allowance (Occasional Travel Required)**
I am working on a NEW vacancy for my nationally operating client. This is a business-critical role that will support business development and growth on my clients Healthcare account. Although a remote position applicants will need to be within commutabledistance of Manchester and/ or Wolverhampton to ensure they can attend weekly onsite meetings.
I am keen to speak to applicants with SAAS Solutions, digital workflow, and end to end processing experience who have ideally had exposure within the Healthcare sector in the capacity of a Key Account/ National Account/ Client Relationship Manager.
Reporting to the Key Accounts Director, The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for achieving agreed targets for client retention and growth amongst a portfolio of key accounts designated in the Healthcare solutions services sector. Focused primarily onoverseeing client relationships and business growth ensuring the client has a successful experience in dealing with the business, ensuring loyalty to the brand
- Develop a deep understanding of each individual organization, strategy and plans to develop individual account plans to deliver retention and growth. Maintain the account plan for each account, ensuring cross
- functional input and rigorous follow-up ofagreed actions. Review and update the plan each quarter, with monthly progress tracking.
- Oversee all aspects of service including monthly service performance reporting to ensure that all clients has a positive experience in line with their contract. Manage commercial issues arising as needed
- Proactively manage contract renewals by preparing contract renewal plans in advance of contract expiry, offer pre-emptive proposals where possible and lead the response to re-bids.
- Retain existing contracts and win new business within the clients in order to deliver year-on-year account revenue growth in excess of agreed targets. Proactively develop new account relationships as determined in the account plan.
- Ensure the client’s positive experience is reflected in high satisfaction and loyalty ratings; manage collection of feedback from clients (structured and unstructured); as well as completion of any actions arising.
- To attain the required standard of knowledge about the business portfolio in order to confidently identify new business opportunities and where appropriate present/ demonstrate solutions. Work with the Solutions team to guide future product development.
- Work with the Marketing team to define and execute account based marketing plans that increase awareness of the brand to generate inbound enquiries from new contacts in client organizations.
- Diligently use and maintain the CRM system so that information is at all times accurate and up to date. Ensure that the capabilities of the system are exploited to their full capacity.
- Complete a monthly report showing progress against the account plans plan, explaining any deviations from plan and planned activity for the following month.
- To proactively contribute to the company’s success through suggestions for improvements to procedures, campaigns and the solutions portfolio, using appropriate channels.
- To attend meetings, seminars, training courses, exhibitions and other events as required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience within a similar capacity ideally as a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, National Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Client Service Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Knowledge of and exposure to agile project methodology
- Experience of SAAS solutions, digital workflow, and digital end to end processing solutions
- Demonstrable large account management experience with proven results of delivery of sales growth
- Ability to work with other departments to ensure work sold is profitable
- Good commercial understanding, negotiation skills, experience of participation in public sector tender processes
- Experience working with the Healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel between Manchester and the Midlands as required
- A confident and proactive sales focussed mentality
