Applicants should have previous experience in supervising/managing staff or demonstrate they have the ability to develop in this area. Have excellent high level administration skills including advanced/accurate keyboard skills. A good understanding of the role of the Medical Secretary including previous Medical Secretary experience is required. Good organisational and planning skills with excellent communication and time management skills. The ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision and the ability to manage and support staff through change. A positive attitude to change and implement changes to meet service demand.
