We are looking for a **Property Coordinator** to join our fantastic team

**As the Property Coordinator you will**:

- Day-to-day management of tenants, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordination of property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensuring properties meet all necessary compliance requirements.
- Handling day-to-day tenant issues and grievances.
- Providing regular feedback and updates to clients on their property assets and tenant satisfaction.
- Reviewing rental rates and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitating the re-letting process for vacant properties, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease negotiations.
- Conducting regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with the successful delivery of business support services to your specific area of the business whilst developing your understanding of the tasks and actions required.
- Utilising DM systems and processes to deliver business support services and proactively seeking support and training where necessary from key stakeholders.
- Begin to develop an understanding of your client/business area requirements and look to utilise the DM systems, processes and resources available to support them efficiently.
- Develop positive working relationships with DM colleagues and demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration/coordination role, ideally within the property sector (Estate/Lettings agency or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant landlord-tenant laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IT systems including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- A valid driver's license and your own transport is essential to enable property site visits**.**
