Seven Resourcing are looking for a number of temporary Administrators to work in **St Helens.** These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and are paying £11.59 (PAYE) or £14.50 (umbrella) per hour. We have the below vacancies available:
Childrens Safeguarding Secretary
Clerical Assistant
Administration Officer
Personal Assistant

These positions involve working from Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
**The role**:
Manage, organise and contribute to the planning, development and
monitoring of admin services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To undertake line manager responsibilities where appropriate.
- To ensure existing and new procedures are understood and consistently applied by administrative staff.
- To ensure appropriate communication systems exist e.g. team meetings, briefings etc.
- To monitor the deployment of staff to ensure that effective administrative support is maintained.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: N/A.
- **Experience**: 2+ years working within an admin role.
- **Compliance**: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.
- **Hours**: 37.5 hours p/w.
