Overview:
We are seeking someone to join our team who can provide general office support and administration skills on a part time basis of four hours per week based in our Battle office.
**Duties**:
- Maintain office supplies and resources.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Liaise with local Schools.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required.
- Assist with organising events or special projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
