**Faculty / Directorate**

The People & Organisational Development (POD) Directorate supports DMU in attracting, developing and retaining staff, facilitating high standards of organisational performance, and providing support to colleagues to ensure a high-quality student experience.We offer learning and development, support for recruitment and retention, strategic change projects, policies, procedures and guidance on equality, health and wellbeing.

**Role**

It’s an exciting time for you to join us as a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Co-ordinator as these roles are pivotal in supporting the University in achieving its objectives. You will take responsibility for ensuring an effective onboarding journey, supportingin the attraction, sourcing and recruitment of high calibre individuals for the University.

The role is full time (37 hours per week) on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. The position can be caried out on a hybrid basis.

You will have had experience in delivering a high level of customer service as well as experience in co-ordinating multiple processes. You will have a passion for going above and beyond and a drive to want to help others in delivering results.

You will need to be well organised and have a high level of attention to detail.

The role will be a team focused approach so you will need to ensure you are an effective team player and have the ability to work with others well to drive results.
