We are **seeking** someone with amazing **customer service skills** to join a healthcare contract in based in Bar Hill, Cambridge.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Liaising with driving teams** and managers to **allocate work**
- **Updating** **Contract Managers** of any **service **issues
- **Build** and **maintain strong relationships** with clients and colleagues

**What you’ll need**:

- **B2B customer service** experience (preferred)
- Excellent **communication skills** both **written and verbal**
- Good **IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite**
- The ability to **work independently** and as **part of a team**
