**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT**
Central Cambridge near the station (car / bike parking available)
Our customers’ dogs are special, and so we have some of the most dedicated, skilled and friendly customer support people around. They regularly get five-star reviews for their work. Our team helps customers with all their questions and issues. It’s not always easy. In fact, it can be really hard at times, but we’re enthusiastic, hardworking and we have fun. And now we’re looking for new people who’d like to join us at a really exciting time of growth for the company.
**THE ROLE**:
- Answer and triage incoming calls from customers, suppliers, partners and other business contacts [20% of time];
- Help ship customer orders [5% of time];
- Help with other tasks around the office when needed including helping out with office administration and trade shows [10% of time].
**WHAT WE NEED**:
We're looking for people with strong previous experience in a customer-facing role, and who are all these things:
- Dog-loving with a strong understanding and feeling for dog owners and their concerns;
- Friendly and confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
- Able to communicate clearly and accurately in both spoken and written form;
- Reliable, organised, able to manage their time, prioritise and multi-task as necessary, with attention to detail and a "can do" attitude;
- Confident with technology and able to offer customer support for our technical product (after training);
- Happy to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Willing to learn on the job, and to participate in all and any tasks that need doing around the office;
- Enthusiastic about the large number of dog-related puns that form part of our working lives.
Additional languages would be a benefit, but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
