**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
**Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
**Meeting Coordination**: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials before and after meetings.
**Office Supplies**: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
**Database Management**: Update and maintain databases and contact lists accurately.
**Event Planning**: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and workshops.
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
**Expense Tracking**: Record and track office expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
**Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
