Senior Corporate Secretary

About the Role

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Secretary to join our corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in corporate secretarial matters to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete corporate and company secretarial matters
  • Manage company secretarial database
  • Process company incorporations
  • Prepare Companies House forms and routine company secretarial documents
  • Administer company secretarial client matters
  • Undertake post completion work on corporate matters
  • Generate potential new work and assist others in doing so
  • Attend professional networking functions and business clubs

Requirements

  • Up to date legal knowledge
  • Previous corporate or company secretarial experience
  • Awareness of the entire range of services that the firm can offer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with clients and provide a high level of service
  • Knowledge of and competency in Information Technology
