Alexander Lloyd are running the recruitment campaign on behalf of our financial services client to source an interim HR Specialist to help design, develop and deliver the HR Target Operating Model for a new organisation being created from a merger.

You will be rquired to source and implement a new HR system, payroll provision, HR policies and processes, benefit and rewards and propose the HR structure for the future.

Extensive experience in implementing change in the HR function, including:

- Identification of the new organisation's HR requirements including HR systems
- Identify software selection working with Senior Management Team
- Implementation of new HR system and migration of employee data
- Setting up and working with external payroll providers including scope of service and contracts
- Review of employee benefits to facilitate agreement on future benefits framework
- Review of the resourcing requirements of the HR team going forwards
- Existing policy review and consolidation for new organisation
- Knowledge of flexible benefits and experience in selecting flexible benefits adviser and platform
- Knowledge of HR systems and payroll provision
- Self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working with and at a senior level
