We’re looking for a Talent Lead to join our games studio in Middlesbrough. As a Talent Lead at Double Eleven, you’ll balance the needs of your team members with the goals of the business, drive productivity and foster a culture of collaboration and achievement to deliver high quality people-focussed outcomes.

Hybrid working is available for this role (3 days in studio and 2 days remote). We can also support UK relocation and have a dedicated Operations team on standby to assist you and your family with every step to us.

Strictly no agencies (sorry guys) and we’re unable to sponsor a visa for this role.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of UK Recruiters at various levels, set expectations and support the professional growth of team members by identifying training opportunities and provide coaching where necessary
- Oversee all UK recruitment operations and report insights to the Global Talent Manager
- Support all UK senior manager and above level recruitment requirements as well as support recruitment for UK central service departments
- Make informed decisions by analysing data, considering input from team members, other stakeholders and evaluate risks and benefits
- Identify and resolve problems that may arise. Analyse the situation, explore potential solutions and implement strategies to overcome obstacles
- Support the Global Talent Manager with development, implementation and management of recruitment processes and initiatives aligned to business strategy
- Using a data-driven approach to recruiting; regularly track and analyse the market, the pipeline and performance of our resources
- Coaching hiring managers and hiring team members on best practice hiring (including advice around various assessment methodologies)
- Developing sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of technology talent
- Fostering meaningful and trusting relationships with passive talent while gaining an understanding of their ambitions and needs as part of talent pipeline management
- Using insights and market intelligence to make data informed decisions and report key findings
- Maintaining high standards when operating within our ATS to ensure integrity of data
- Helping drive recruiting initiatives, including diversity, equality & inclusion, university relations, talent communities and other partners
- Tracking goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicating results to the team
- Coaching members of our Talent team around research, sourcing strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, labour laws (recruitment and selection) and best practice stakeholder management
- Facilitating and lead meetings, key initiatives and projects that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and delivery in Kuala Lumpur
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as with external partners

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous line management experience
- Good experience around sourcing, engaging and activating passive talent
- Proven full-cycle in house recruiting experience from entry level to director level
- Have a thorough understanding of the complete recruitment function, including: research, sourcing, networking, competency and behaviour based selection techniques and offer negotiation
- Comfortable working with all forms of data to generate insights and tell a story
- Experience with international work permit and visa processes
- An excellent understanding of employee laws related to recruitment and selection
- Someone who can pivot and comfortable with the ebb and flow of the games industry and changing recruitment needs
- A detective when it comes to finding talent. You ask the right questions, seek to understand and enjoy finding solutions to barriers faced to achieve a positive outcome
- Experience with curated recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter etc) and Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Workable)
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
