As part of our continued growth, SR Apprenticeships are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Levy Account Administrator, to help manage an exciting portfolio of new and existing national employers.

We are passionate about offering a completely high-quality, tailored service to our clients and our Account Management Team are an integral part of making sure this happens.

Working closely with the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks, maintaining strong relationships with decision makers, whilst ensuring consistent delivery of apprenticeship training programmes nationally.

We are looking for someone that has experience in the sector and is now looking to develop and grow with us into a long-standing career.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Co-ordinate and administer apprenticeship programmes, whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Head of Account Management with supporting large Employers (levy payers)
- Supporting with creating fully tailored programmes
- Running Awareness Sessions to promote a variety of SR Apprenticeships programmes
- Building progress reports and feeding back to the client
- Acting as a support mechanism for learners on programme
- Holding business reviews
- Assisting with onboarding administration and supporting with group enrolment sessions
- Holding regular meetings with internal stakeholders and attending team meetings
- Hosting and attending events with employers
- Working to agreed targets and KPI's
- Experience within apprenticeships/Levy/work-based learning
- Proven track record of meeting agreed KPI’s
- Excellent IT skills and experience in the use of CRM’s

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
