Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our team in **Bromford Gate**. Working on a full-time, permanent contract, you will be required to work Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£22,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days of annual Leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Develop and manage relationships with customers
- Contact customers via direct outbound telephone calls to advise of updates with regards to delivery status
- Liaise closely with the operations teams to fulfil customer requests
- Collate and produce reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working within a customer service team
- Experience of dealing with transport networks
- Experience of WMS (SAP/Oracle/DLx)
- Confident and highly motivated with excellent teamwork ethic
