**Position - Receptionist/ Administrator**

**Location - Somerset - Yeovil**

**Salary - £22k - £24k DOE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/ Front of House Coordinator/ Administrator to join a main contractor we are working with This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the business Head Office site and is key to maintaining best in classservice for their clients, suppliers and employees alike as the companies Receptionist/ Administrator.

Our client is a design, project management and fit out provider based in Yeovil, Somerset. The successful Receptionist/ Administrator will be an experienced Administrator/ Coordinator/ Receptionist who will often be a clients first point of contact withthe business, and so they should be an exceptional and confident communicator, have impeccable customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced environment. The Receptionist/ Administrator will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, both internallyand externally and must be able to multitask, work under their own initiative and manage their time effectively in order to deliver a professional service at all times.

The right Receptionist/ Administratorwill have:

- The Receptionist/ Administrator will have e xperience working within a coordination, receptionist or front of house role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The Receptionist/ Administrator will need apositive, proactive and outgoing approach
- UK valid driving license

In return you will get:

- The Receptionist/ Administrator will have a s tarting salary of £22,000-£24,000 per annum
