Weekend Receptionist

**JOB TITLE**: Weekend Receptionist - Immediate Start

**LOCATION**:Yeovil

**HOURLY RATE**:£10.00 per hour, rising to £10.42 per hour in April

**HOURS**: Saturday 8am - 5pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering/transferring calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting with the hospitality for the customers
- Helping with enquires
- Filing/Scanning
- Other related administration duties

**THE CANDIDATE**: This role requires an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills as you will be the first port of call for the telephone, being the initial contact for company clients, dealing with their queries. Thisis a great opportunity to work with a friendly and welcoming team who really appreciate the extra support.
