We are seeking a dedicated **Warehouse Team Leader** to ensure our operations are seamless and efficient.

**Your Role**:

- Ensure all parcels are dispatched on time, every day.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the warehouse's impact on business commercials, including CAPEX involvement.
- Act as a Key Holder, opening/closing the business securely and managing any onsite issues effectively.
- Lead the team in the absence of a manager, especially during peak times, and make commercial decisions regarding staffing.
- Maintain outstanding knowledge and understanding of all 3 warehouse functions: Goods In, Goods Out, and Returns, including Kohezion and spares.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external couriers like DPD, DHL, and Pallet Force.

**Working Hours**:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week with a 60-minute lunch break).
