Refuse Vehicle Solutions Ltd (RVS) are the UK's leading dedicated provider of refuse vehicles. Our growing portfolio of services includes the supply of new, quality used or electric converted refuse vehicles, vehicle remanufacturing, vehicle repairs and servicing, a nationwide mobile engineer network, breakdown service, parts and tyre departments, finance, and vehicle transportation.
We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team and support our workshops providing administrative support for the business.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Follow up on all service jobs daily making sure RVS have delivered the service required by the customer and all compliance work documents have been completed and filed - this would be all workshop and field service jobs.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and enter detailed information to assure accuracy for our technicians.
- Organise estimates to be prepared and cross selling our services to the customer.
- Liaise with the engineers, to make sure that all the correct inspection sheets are completed and then sent to the customer.
- To manage job bookings of scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail in all areas.
- Full UK driving license.
**General Information**:
- Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
- Permanent contract (6-month probation period)
