**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position located in the heart of Manchester.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs
- Updating the CRM system and monitoring all leads and customer inquiries
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse situations and find solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
