We’re on the hunt for a talented **Insurance Personal Lines Private Client Broker** to join us at our Guy Penn, Lancaster based office. Are you someone with knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry who can build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships? Then we want to hear from you

**So, what does the role of a Private Client Broker here involve?**

This role will be made for you if you love working with customers or clients face to face and have a background in Insurance. This is a varied role where you will offer a comprehensive service to personal lines clients to find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. These could be a of products range like motor, home or travel insurance. Our Private Client Brokers quote and place cover when instructed and deal with mid-term adjustments and broking client requirements within the insurance market.

**What experience do our Client Advisors need?**

You will need to have some **experience gained from within the Insurance Industry** and in personal lines preferably. This could be from either a phone or face to face customer service based setting as long as you have gained experience working with some insurance products.

You’ll be an enthusiastic team player who supports others, builds trust and has a positive outlook. Always engaging, collaborative and has the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way. You’ll also need is to be proactive, analytical, use your initiative and show us your enterprising spirit to find opportunities to retain and grow business.

This is a full-time role, though only 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
