Client Services Adviser

Joining our dynamic team in Lancaster as a Client Services Adviser, you will be crucial in generating new clients and managing relationships within our thriving contact centre.

Your Role:
As a Client Services Adviser, you will be based in our Lancaster office, where comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
- Explaining our services to potential clients.
- Determining whether clients have a case.
- Securing permission for us to act on their behalf.
- Collecting and organizing all necessary documentation to create a Packaged Case.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth processes.
- Meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
- Professionally communicating the process to clients.
- Representing our and our partners and #x27; businesses effectively.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary up to £22,000.
- Fantastic, uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of approximately £30,000.
- A supportive team environment with room for growth; we aim to expand our team from 6 to a maximum of 10 members.
- Reporting to the Call Centre Manager.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with the flexibility of working 1 day from home.
