**Job Description**:
Project Associate II, Project Management, Global Medical Affairs

Specific Responsibilities:
- Support Global Medical Affairs Oncology team on early development of a variety of projects as new business needs arise- Manage projects to completion, anticipating obstacles, difficulties that may arise and resolving them in a collaborative manner- Assist Global Medical Affairs Oncology team on project/initiative communications to ensure that stakeholders are fully informed and knowledgeable of project activities and their status- Ensure project work complies with established practices, policies, and regulations- Assist with the expense budget related to Global Medical Affairs Oncology activities by tracking, preparing, and contributing to the budget and its estimates- Centrally manage the Global Medical Affairs Oncology team Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, general agreements, and purchased order requests- Contribute to the development of the tactical implementation for Global Medical Affairs Oncology Late-stage Research program- Support overall team goals and activities and participate in Global Medical Affairs Oncology team meetings (hematologic and solid tumour)- Maintain documents on Medical Affairs SharePoint site- Utilize and create tools to capture metrics and analyse impact and output- Assist with department presentation development- Offer innovative solutions and provide actionable insights- Develop and foster strong internal and external relationships

Essential Duties and Job Functions:
Must be able to appropriately interact with Global Medical Affairs Oncology team, senior management, and external customers/vendors.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- BSc or equivalent with relevant project management or scientific experience in the biopharma industry, preferable- Relevant experience consists of work in a scientific field or equivalent experience in association with Medical Affairs project teams and/or in cross-functional project management activities- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills required- Ability to generate creative solutions for challenging and continuously changing business situations- Committed to continuing education to maintain knowledge base- Ability to utilize moderately complex scientific resources across a variety of different settings- Ability to work collaboratively and experience working on cross-functional teams- Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other reporting and tracking tools
