Working at one of the leading repair centres in Europe, we’re looking for a Sales and Recoveries Administrator to sell, generate and recover value from our spare parts stock whilst delivering great customer service, reducing cost and supporting our sustainability goals.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Liaising with business customers on stock availability
- Providing quotes and negotiating pricing and costings whilst maximising profits and revenue, supporting the delivery of KPIs, and achievement of objectives
- Effectively support resolution of customer queries and job escalations
- Communicating with all areas of the business for spares related issues
- Ensuring all documentation and systems processes are carried out correctly and efficiently
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with appropriate legislation, company security and health and safety policies
- Maintaining positive relationships with Internal stakeholders and external customers

You will need:

- Previous experience working in a sales environment
- Good administration skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be able to build rapport
- Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
- Be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic target driven environment
- IT skills to be able to use Microsoft Office and our inhouse IT systems

- Previous experience of raising invoices on SAP
