- About the Role
Do you have outstanding customer service skills, able to problem solve and worked in an office/ admin environment.
Based in their Berkshire office, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this person will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality inbox and phone support to BorrowBox users daily
- Following set tasks through from start to completion
- Responding to invoice and financial queries
- Assisting the senior team with ad hoc office duties
- Office administration
The role will require
- Experience in customer service, client support or account management
- Organisational skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Comfortable with device usage and discussing technology on a daily basis
- Goal orientated, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick-thinking, responsive and keen to learn
- Operationally focused
Keen to learn and expand knowledge
