The CDP Product Owner sits within the Group Digital Marketing team at TUI, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing.

We have recently established a new cross-function development team (CDP Centre of Excellence at Group level) which works across all markets, business divisions and functions in TUI to build robust unified customer profiles & activate audiences. Our first focusis to jump start our data-driven activities in both digital marketing and eCommerce, leveraging on our wide customer data points, to ensure our interactions with customers through our marketing channels are consistent and personalised.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

This role will lead the initial MVP implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) in one source market, aligning the roadmap with existing projects in other markets, leveraging on learnings and ensuring successful delivery. You will work with cross-functionalteams to ensure successful deployment, value measurement and, following an internal assessment of the MVP, lead the integration and adoption of the CDP across the whole business.

**You Will**:

- Lead end-to-end project management & business benefits realisation for the CDP implementation, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Act as a point of contact for CDP-related queries and issues, and provide regular updates, working closely with internal stakeholders across all relevant functions, vendors and partners to ensure successful deployment, integration and adoption of the CDP.Coordinate with other TUI teams and stakeholders to gain access to data, bring it into the CDP, establish processes to use the data in the platform & ensure appropriate data usage and access controls.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, data science, digital product, digital marketing, content, digital analytics, data privacy, CRM and more) to define and execute testing and quality assurance plans.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, resources and timelines.
- Review existing processes & ways of working in use case creation, data governance, data operations, content management, digital marketing analytics, agile delivery and team composition. Making and justifying recommendations for new roles or revisions toexisting roles, clearly defining accountabilities between Group functions and local markets.
- Stay up-to-date with CDP and related technology trends, and provide thought leadership on best practices for implementation and management.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience leading projects across large matrix organisations, ideally in the implementation of Customer Data Platforms.
- You have a good understanding of CDPs and related technologies, such as data management platforms, data lakes, and marketing automation tools.
- A collaborative leadership style, with great communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent at problem-solving, planning and organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A proven track record of managing budgets, timelines and resources.
- Eperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- You are forward-thinking, high energy and committed to improving the digital experience in the travel space.
- You have great English written and verbal communication skills (fluency in another EU language is also a bonus), as you have experience in presenting to multiple stakeholders, even senior leadership, creating status reports and leading training sessions.
- You might also have a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, this would be a plus
