The **Inbound Contact Centre Agent** who joins will be someone with a passion for delivering great customer service, have the ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively, be self-motivated with strong organisational skillsand obtain the ability to deal with different situations in a calm and professional manner.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
