As an Inbound Allocations Specialist you will Partner with Logistics Operations, the processing cetres and Merchandising facing teams to deliver the Allocations Strategy; maintaining the appropriate balance of flow into the procesing centresto best support the delivery of Merchandising production plans.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilise key availability reports: Inbound Planning Tool, Logistics Flow Summary, to identify/review supply chain opportunities/risks
- Execute the Allocation process for the UK inbound supply chain network
- Manage and Execute the outside storage recall process, directing goods from Outside Storage facilities to Processing Centres
- Execute the Container allocation process for all Processing centres, partnering with Finance to ensure focus on minimising high demurrage charges
- Execute the Airfreight allocation process for all Processing centres
- Direct European sourced goods to processing centres in line with the Inbound Allocation Strategy
- Work closely with Freight Forwarders to ensure understanding and adherence to Inbound Allocation Strategy
- Partner with Processing centres to plan and build daily Inbound schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide appropriate level of forecasting for partners to understand upcoming requirements across different delivery methods into Processing centres.
- Provide intelligence and experienced views on various supply chain work streams that can support/develop the Inbound Strategy.

**Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Educated to degree level, or to A-level with previous supply chain experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven numeric and analytical skills
- Able to interpret data from multiple sources to identify key issues and opportunities
- Understand the off-price model
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Drive for personal development opportunities
- Assess own progress against personal development objectives & goals
