Pay Rate: £14.00- £16.00 per hour

**Job Duties
- Business Support Administrator**:

- 3rd Party supplier invoicing
- Responsible for 3rd party contract performance (SLA) to include work clothing and laundry, facilities cleaning, gardening, gatehouse duties
- Responsible for hospitality co-ordination
- Owner of stock control processes and ordering of site sundry items
- Responsible for co-ordination of site inductions and processes
- link to competency framework and onboarding
- Q pulse database management
- Collation and distribution of weekly/ monthly employee wage processes
- EOS and Site communication champion
- Responsible for collation of agencies timesheets and invoicing processes

Requirements
- Business Support Administrator:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Experience of SAP SRM
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
