Job Title: HR Administrator

Vulcain Engineering - UK is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees across the business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager with all HR administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely onboarding of new starters.
  • Manage the UK Visa application process, Right to Work checks, and verifications.
  • Support training administration, including booking and recording training.
  • Administer probation periods and employee benefits.
  • Provide ad-hoc HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 A Levels at C grade or above.
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent.
  • Working towards CIPD Level 3 professional accreditation or prior proven HR experience.
