**The Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for our multi-functional vacancies in the UK. You will work closely and collaboratively with the UK Talent Acquisition team to develop best practices and identify recruitment opportunities, gaps, and strategies. **What You'll Do**:

- Manage and recruit to vacancies for Head Office and all Centres across the UK.
- Creatively attract top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner, using multiple sources to advertise and recruit.

**Location**:Hybrid with occasional travel mainly to our HQ in Windsor

**What You'll Have**:
Experience and skills:

- Demonstrable experience working as a hands-on In-House recruiter
- Experience and capability of working on 40+ multi-functional vacancies at any one time
- Experience working within or with Healthcare/Medical Devices or Pharma preferred
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice and procedures
- Perform creative sourcing using social media, job boards and other strategies
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Ability to work within an ever-changing, fast-paced dynamic environment on multi-functional roles with a high sense of urgency
- Possess a positive and can-do attitude, with strong ability to build great relationships with hiring managers.
- Flexible/adaptable with high level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
- Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative working relationships
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills

Qualifications and Knowledge:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on the job experience
- 1-2 years in staffing, recruiting, or career placement, previous experience in a high-volume staffing or corporate setting a plus
- Experience supporting a fast-paced, high growth organisation
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
