**HR Business Partner**
**Location**:LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Reporting to the Head of People, the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted partner and coach to our operational areas of the business, supporting them to drive the achievement of People KPI’s through their teams. As we enter a new and exciting season for LEGOLAND Windsor Resort you will support your defined business area to build, and future proof, a people plan which will drive key engagement initiatives.
As a passionate champion of Diversity & Inclusion you will use your pre-existing skills to train and develop managers in all areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent, and Performance Management, while maintaining and promoting our D&I initiatives across the wider business.
Your previous experience with Employee Relations will further support the development of our people managers, and you’ll use your influencing skills and pragmatic approach to manage complex ER issues, while also developing our own internal stakeholders within the HR Team.
Not to mention the view from your office window will be our Brick-Tastic theme park
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally hold a CIPD level 5 or have relevant hands-on experience
- Worked as a HR Advisor, Generalist or Business Partner within a fast-paced people centric environment such as Retail, Hospitality or Leisure
- Experience of supporting wider HR activities such as L&D, Reward & Recognition, and Recruitment
- Experience of driving a team to achieve SLA’s

**About the LEGOLAND**®** Windsor Resort**
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
